Aion Riftshade

Is there anyone from the admin or support team that can actually look into what is causing this error? I can't keep switching virtualization technology on and off in the BIOS every time I decide to play on this server. I use virtual machines for work, and this error is clearly a false alarm. I've checked multiple times in the task manager if anything's running from VirtualBox or Hyper-V. None of the staff seems to know what's triggering the error, but they need to understand that players, especially those working with VMs, can't and won't risk their job over this. Honestly, the lack of support is disappointing when the staff can't even pinpoint the issue. A few days ago, I made backups of my VMs to test things out.

1. Made backups
2. Removed VirtualBox
3. Completely disabled Hyper-V

Yet, the issue persists. I really wanted to play here, considering the situation on the NA and EU retail servers, and I was hopping from server to server hoping this was the one. Surely, there must be a way for the anticheat software to correctly detect when a VM is genuinely active. I understand the devs need to protect their server, but this just makes no sense. If the support staff isn't sure what's causing this, at least try to engage with players to test various things until a solution is found, rather than just saying "you have a virtual machine open" and calling it a day. While navigating these issues, I'd encourage exploring Aion Riftshade. This detection is built into the anticheat, therefore we are not able to change it. We just use a ready anticheat. 

Any plans of changing the anticheat in the future. You can attract more players. For example if it worked I could have broughten more players, but I can't.
