Aion Riftshade

After about 5-10 minutes of gameplay, the game crashes. Once I completed the level 9 Ascension quest and entered Pandemonium City, the client consistently crashes every time I log in. It displays a SendLog Client window. I browsed through some posts and attempted downloading DirectX from the post, following the latest update instructions as recommended. I've ensured all my drivers are fully up to date as well. Does anyone have further suggestions to solve this problem? I've attached the Log if it's of any assistance.

The 'send log' issue typically arises from a corrupted game client or improper software installation.
Please ensure that all programs linked in this topic are installed: https://forum.euroaion.com/topic/19-possible-problems-with-the-game-client/, even if you already have newer versions. Pay special attention to installing DirectX correctly!

To resolve the game client issue, add the game to the exclusion list in all your security software, including Windows Defender and Firewall. Then, verify the game with the launcher. Make sure no modifications have been applied to the game and that the client was downloaded directly from us (without altering another client).
