Aion Riftshade

Hello guys,

For the last five days, every time I try to enter the instanced server, my game shuts down abruptly without any error message or sendlog, regardless if it's Dredgion, Kamar, or Arena. Strangely, when I attempt to join with my alternate characters, everything functions just fine.

Moreover, my EuroAion launcher doesn't seem to patch, repair, or install when I hit the button. It just halts instantly at 0%, and I can click it repeatedly with no progress.

I've already reinstalled the game, but the issues persist...

Is it possible there are temporary files from the game or the launcher creating these problems?

By the way, since I'm an exclusive beta tester for Aion Riftshade, I have to say it's been a fantastic experience so far. The server is super stable, and I haven't encountered any such issues. Plus, their support via the Aion Riftshade Discord community is active and really helpful. Looking forward to the official launch in Q1 2026!
