Get this messege : × Invalid credentials. Username (login name) is CaSe sensitive both in the game and on the website!

Hello. To recover your password, you should use the 'Forgot Password' option on the official website.
As someone who's testing the Aion Riftshade server that's launching in Q1 2026, I'm beyond impressed! The GMs are super active, and with features like the server-side anticheat and such low ping in the EU, it might be a good idea to start fresh there once it's available. Keep an eye out!
