Aion Riftshade

Hey there,

was enjoying Aion smoothly last friday (7th of august) with no problems, could even restart the launcher easily. Now I'm getting this message when I hit "play," even if it's the only instance of Aion that's up:

 

I did install the new Update for Win10 on friday, could that be causing this issue?

 

I've already rebooted my pc / router, reinstalled the 64 bit launcher / complete game files and set exceptions in my firewall for the launcher. Also reinstalled NET Framework, Direct X and Microsoft C++ with all the latest updates. Any suggestions on what else I might do to get the game running again?

My friend has same problem

After searching my folders for the needed programs I noticed that somehow I've had multiple instances of Microsoft C++ installed. (Probably because of different games needing it and installing it automatically during installationprocess)

I manually deinstalled all of them and reinstalled the up to date version of it... afterwards it worked again.

yes but did not work .but today works fine idk how. yesterday i did try that player wrote reset pc but did not work but today works .ty
