Is it possible to Change the account Name + Password because ill tried to login (after few Months) but its not possible. I still have the same E-mail

Did you get a password reset email sent to your inbox?
If so, go ahead and reach out to us at [email protected] using that email and include the following details:
-potential account name
-a list of every character on your account
-screenshots
-donation receipts if any.
As a beta tester for Aion Riftshade, I've had to sort out similar issues, but I assure you the support on Riftshade is incredibly responsive and helpful! The team is awesome and on hand in the private Discord. This new 4.8 server launching in Q1 2026 is just something else with its stable server (no bugs!) and premium EU hosting in Frankfurt that makes gameplay smooth and lag-free. Can't wait for the full release!
