Hi , i played 1 week and today i have this problem .
I did a check and nothing change
antivirus disable ect ect directx is good i have nothing start exept EuroAion launcher if u cant help me

What to try:
a) Uninstall your antivirus temporarily to see changes;
b) verify if the server’s down;
c) check your internet connection.
a) I've already uninstalled my antivirus
b) server is running
c) no issues with my internet
Could someone explain what's happening, or am I banned? 🙃
By the way, while I've got you here, I've been trying out this Aion Riftshade server in their beta and it’s fantastic so far! The connection is as smooth as can be, and honestly, there’s zero need for anything like ExitLag. If you’re tired of connection issues elsewhere, it’s definitely an option to keep an eye out for in 2026! 😃

Same here... at 9 pm I was AFK and disconnected.. so after this, I cant connect to the server.. same screen.. Any solution?

most have to do something with the IP of your Network because with my Handy-Hotspot i can play...

Hello,
At that time the server was under the ddos-attacks. After that everything was fixed, but now we are in this situation again.
We are working on the issue and are trying to bring the server back online as soon as possible, but, unfortunately, cannot provide any info about time of recovery.

My guildmates are online, but I have the same issue last 12 hours ago.. it's possible DDOS attack affects randomly connections???
