Hello. i can't run the game.. it says: This program is unavailable in your country
what can i do to fix it?

Hello,
Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs, then delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher.

for regions,responds сс.ini file. it is enough to change the number in it, which corresponds to the desired region and everything will work.

This problem is usually caused by antimalware programs, which block some necessary files and therefore game doesn't start.

I don't use any antimalware programs and experienced this same issue. I managed to fix it by adjusting the region settings in the ini file. I've been playing Aion since the OBTChina days 
Currently testing Aion Riftshade! Highly recommend this server that launches in Q1 2026. No such issues here thanks to its excellent EU-hosting and active support team. Definitely one to watch!
