Aion Riftshade

Greetings EuroAion support!

I’ve managed to get the game fully downloaded via my browser, yet launching it hasn’t been successful no matter my attempts... (specifically, the file in question is data/items/items.pak)

Here’s what I’ve already attempted:

- uninstalling and removing my antivirus software

- turning off firewall

- adding the entire game folder to the Windows Antivirus exceptions

- downloading the game repeatedly...

- removing the problematic file

- running the launcher with admin rights

- searching for solutions on forums (no real feedback from others...)

- setting up all necessary software (microsoft.net, compatible directX version, c++ for Windows)

- attempting to locate the file online without success

(I try launching from Aion - bin64 - ActiveLauncher)

I’m truly at a loss. Nothing I’ve done so far resolved the issue. I feel stuck.

I am hopeful someone from the community or support might be able to assist me.

So, have you tried to redownload the file without antivirus? I mean, like, not separately from the first point.

Yes, I have tried that. But it didn't work...

Don't start game from launcher which is included in Torrent. 

Don't delete anything, just download separate Launcher from Download page,

set it in Aion folder and run it.  

This worked for me , good luck!

YOYO it's your boy Dantax AKA Valyren or whatsoever. The problem was obvious. I had to use the launcher which wasn't possible in the first place because I didn't give it the Aion game file path, but the path where my family pics are.

stupidity won't protect you from punishment.
