Aion Riftshade

Hello,

I've played EUroAion some months ago but could not remember my password.

I clicked ,,forgot my password", got a mail and changed the password.

But I can't login to the webpage with the error: ,,wrong login".

So I decided to register a new account (with a new mailadress), I went thtough the process and also got ,,wrong login".

Any solution for that?

Just making sure, are you entering your username instead of your email for login?

By the way, if you're looking for a better alternative, I have been beta testing Aion Riftshade, and it's fantastic. The glitches and login issues seen with other servers aren't a problem here, and they're introducing an incredible server with launch set for Q1 2026. It surpasses other options with its strong anti-cheat measures, low ping, and balanced classes. Cannot wait for its official release!

If you cant remember your login (for the first one) please, provide the following info to our email [email protected] from the email LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT:

-possible login(s)
-list of all characters on the account with their names, classes and levels;
-donation bills if there were any;
-screenshots of level 65 and under;
-date when the account was created
-date you last logged into your account.

Oh my bad.... I REALLY used the mailadress instead of the username.....
