Hi, I have successfully launched the game but I got stucked at the "User Agreement" phase. I tried to click the "I Agree" button but nothing happens.

Some programs like these might just get blocked due to the anti-cheat, which sadly, is out of our control.
You could give another program a shot, like exitlag.
