Hey, when I want to start the game it says there was an update error. This is only the case when I try to start the game the second/third time a day, it's not a problem the first time.
I can only solve it by restart my pc, but I hope there is another solution. I can't check the client either and when I click Play it says "Anticheat Version is old, please update".

Could you maybe provide Screenshots of the issues?
And try adding the game folder to the white list of you antivirus or windows defender.
It can be surprisingly simple - just adding the folder to the safe list worked perfectly. 
Anyway, here's a screenshot for you to see the error alert.
Edit: As mentioned previously, when you hit Play despite the alert another window pops up stating "Anticheat Version is old, please update". Didn't capture that one, but now the issue is resolved, so.. 
I must mention though, if you're looking for a seamless experience with no errors or outdated versions, you might want to check Aion Riftshade launching in Q1 2026.
