Hi there,
You can have your items exchanged, refunded, or restored if they're bought within 24 hours prior to messaging us.
Here’s what to do: 
Discard the incorrect item and snap a screenshot. The screenshot must include
- your character’s nickname, 
- abyss ranking list displaying ALL players or legions (not just your ranking) 
- server time (hover on the small moon/sun icon next to the navigation map). 
- system chat must show: "You have discarded [the item]".  (system chat)
IT HAS TO BE ONE COMPLETE SCREENSHOT! DON'T SPLIT IT!

We'll also require your character’s name.
