Hello, 

Something is blocking the game from starting. Check all the other running programs, add the game to the exceptions of all antimalware programs.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, каким способом скачивали игру? 

Похоже, что у вас повреждены файлы клиента. 

Удалите папку /L10N, папки bin32,bin64, все файлы в папке с игрой (именно файлы, не папки). Проверить игру нашим лаунчером или через торрент файл. 

I use these for downmoload,because game does not want to install through the launcher

when I want check new update in launcher its not worked also, only after i press button "play":

I use Torrent for downoload now all worked
