Hi there,
I'm curious about the augment in the shop. It specifies .. Augment all qualifying, equipped gear to lvl 2 .. However, when I used it, it only achieved lvl 1 
It might be cuz I'm 1-star rank or something, but it used to function properly before, so why not anymore?
Currently, I'm playing with a 2-star set but without lvl2 augment, which results in unexplained deaths/loss of mb/loss of cs/loss of mr and most importantly.. the 4.5% pvp defense
