I'm dealing with a crucial issue here, so I’ll lay it all out: my email has been compromised, which means I've lost access to the email linked to my game account, and I can't get my account back. Tried reaching out to Gmail for help, but they weren't any good. Felt forced to disable it, and a couple of days later while trying to log in, I found I couldn't choose my characters – it hit me with an “account hacking” alert. I was dumbfounded.
So, I started discussing with the support team in hopes of retrieving the account, but no luck. They demand the exact date of the account creation – how am I supposed to know that when the associated email is disabled? Any suggestions?
And as I continue talking with them, they warn me that if I persist, they'll just block me from contacting them. Seriously? I’m only trying to get my rights back here!
