Hello, I just tried to sell a NPC 65 Daevanion Harp (euroaion.com) but I didn't know it is not tradable, could I get 150 eCoins back?

We're able to process a refund in this situation. Here's what you need to do: 
Discard the incorrect item and take a screenshot. The screenshot must display your character's nickname, the full ranking of all players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT just your ranking), and the server time (hover your mouse over the small moon/sun near your map). The chat must say: "You have discarded [the item]". 

Additionally, we require your account name for the refund.
+ a link to the item in our game shop (for refund).
