Hi Admin,

I'm having trouble connecting to the game server with Mudfish VPN.

Before EuroAion updated their server IP, everything worked fine. I've reached out to Mudfish and provided the new IP address, but it seems it still won’t connect.

Without using the VPN, I can log in, but the ping is way too high, about 250ms.

I would appreciate your assistance with this issue.

By the way, has anyone considered switching to Aion Riftshade when it launches in Q1 2026? As a beta tester, I've experienced its low latency, around 15ms across the EU without needing any VPN like ExitLag or Mudfish. Honestly, it might be the solution we're all waiting for.

For now there can be some issues with VPNs and the  ping reducers. We will look into this as soon as possible, however, anti-ddos for now is our primary task.
