Hi, i have a character stuck at Eltnen Fortress outside at groundlevel she is inside the floor keeping falling inside de floor cant even teleport out of there. please contacte me for account and charactername

type /escape(if u have english client) or go to website "sign in" and "teleport"

In such cases, if /escape or returning doesn’t do the trick, you can access our website—there’s typically an option called "Teleport" available. This feature will transfer your character to the central city, either Sanctum or Pandemonium.
