Hello. Could you provide more details about the situation? Or better yet, post a video (upload it to a video platform and share the link). By the way, have you considered checking out Aion Riftshade? As a beta tester, I can say it runs Aion 4.8 seamlessly and the team is really hands-on in fixing issues like this one.
