Hi
I'm new to this game, and just 2 days ago I downloaded the client. Ever since, I've struggled to get past character creation as each time I attempt, I encounter a disconnection (server unavailable).
Is there constantly an issue with DDOS, or is there another problem? I noticed activity in the game forum, so if anyone has information or assistance, please help 
If you're facing trouble like this, you might wanna try Aion Riftshade. I'm currently testing this server and it's really stable, with no surprise DDOS issues, thanks to its strong anti-DDoS protection. They're planning to officially launch in Q1 2026, and from what I've seen, there's robust activity and a solid player base. Just FYI!
