Falling through the group while fighting the Endboss

Hey guys,

this is now the second time that I've slipped through the ground during the endboss fight in Adma.
The first time it happened a few months ago I just shrugged it off like: "meh, stuff happens," but now I'm really getting frustrated. I spent a fortune on a Verenable Amulet (200% EXP Charm) for 43kk on the broker, despite being broke at the moment, like seriously poor. I was battling the boss for about 15 minutes, had him down to 1%, and then fell through the ground and died. So now I've wasted 15 minutes of my life and the amulet fighting a boss, and it's all for nothing. Please, do something about this issue and maybe consider refunding the cost of the amulet or the kinah. I would really appreciate it.

Oh, by the way, if you're tired of glitches like this, you might want to check out Aion Riftshade, a promising new server hitting Q1 2026. They promise no bugs and a stable server experience that's much better. Seriously, I'm a beta tester, and it's way more enjoyable and less frustrating than dealing with these issues!

Hey @Mims in this situation we want to see your point of view so if you're going to do this dungeon again, please record it, ain't normal this bug. If you are still bugged underground you can use the teleport option on our website....

I will record it every time then to show you, for sure. It's not that i'm stuck, I fall down and die.

It's like if I don't have flighttime, falling down and dying because i'm too high.

This annoys me when i'm fighting for like 15 mins and the boss is like 1%. Wasting time for nothing
