So literally I have a bug where I complete objectives in second last main quest in heiron and it appears to be 6/5 somehow...

Sorry for the late respond. This is possible due to the differences between the game and the localization versions. In order to see the real needed numbers, you will need to switch the game client to english version.
We are sorry for inconvenience, but that's the only localization available.
