I bought NPC BeritraInstancedDungeon ClothGloves 01 and NPC BeritraInstancedDungeon ClothPauldrons 01 in the website. but I made a mistake and sent these items to my character 'Edweneth'. would it be possible to transfer these items to my other character 'Lanying'? the items are still in my character's mailbox. Thank you so much.

In a situation like this, we can issue a refund within 48 hours. Just follow these steps: 

Get rid of the wrong item and take a screenshot. Make sure it includes your character's nickname, the entire ranking of players or legions (that's the abyss ranking list, not just your own), and the server time (hover your mouse over the little moon/sun icon next to the navigation map). Also, the chat in the screenshot should display: "You have thrown out [the item]". 

 

Moreover, for the refund process, we'll need your account name.

+ a link to the item in our game shop (for processing the refund)

I've been testing the latest beta of Aion Riftshade, and their support and processes are incredibly streamlined. Server opens in Q1 2026, something to look forward to for sure!
