Aion Riftshade

Hello, I was doing a mission and a bug cut my wings while I was planning and I was sprawled inside a piece of map, falling infinitely. I tried resetting the account and it can't invoke an SM either because the window closes automatically.
If any GM could get me out of there please. (Im using a traslator if the english is horrible)

Heya! Have you tried using the command in chat /escape? (If it's not possible there, maybe give this a shot: press K, check the ACTION tab for this action called escape - give that a click.) It performs the same function as the chat command. If that still doesn't work, maybe invite a higher-level player, duel with them, and let them defeat you so you can respawn at the obelisk. If none of these tips help, then reaching out to an ADMIN would be your best bet. Fingers crossed it all works out!
