I used infinity shard rollback scroll 45 hours ago, it didnt work, i have scroll cooldown 3 hours currently and no entry.

don't you have logs to see players in game actions ? why do you need his screenshot?

 

Vinterriket, 46 hours reuse time, so i used it 44 hours ago, my mistake

I'm pretty sure i bought 2 scrolls and i used them both to do x2 one more time but only one of them worked what seems like, because i could only do x1, i thought maybe i forgot it, but it has cooldown

Another person from my legion has the same problem, is this solvable somehow?

Cant really say when i used the first scroll, somewhere around friday believe

I bought both scrolls from the broker also friday +-, and the last one just before i posted here, to check cooldown

Information sent to Administration. 

Maybe there was a dungeon cooldown reset last week, so my 3/2 entries would also reset to 2/2
