I can't find any of the Captains mentions.
Captian Adhati,
Captain Mituna
Captain Zanata.
I need to kill any one of them. I cant see them in Terath Dredgion.

Captain Zanata and Adhati are the Captains/final Bosses of low level Dreds (Baranath-Dred / B-dred) and Chantra Dred (C-dred). If you are level 56+ you cant kill them because lv 56-65 is Tdred (Terath Dred) with Captain Anusa which is not needed for Fenris/Miragent
You have to kill Captain Mituna.
That boss is in the crashed dredgion in the upper Abyss between Krotan and Miren.
