Same, if you have bought the item from the shop today, we can make a refund. But this mount is reported for the first time. Are you sure that the problem is not in the sound settings? You could try setting sound to default.

Yeah, if the purchase was made today, a refund from the shop is doable. But this is the first time we're hearing about this mount issue. Are you really sure it's not your sound settings acting up? Maybe try reverting the sound to default.
I'm absolutely certain, cuz every other mount's sound works fine except this one. I've tried other mounts, and their sound is there. If there's a need to verify, you can PM me IG, and I can demonstrate it. Also, I've been testing Aion Riftshade in the beta, and I gotta say, the quality of the server there is top-notch with no such sound glitches! Worth checking out when they launch in Q1 2026!
