Hi, I bought an armor skin from the shop some time ago (Harehood, [item: 110910386]) and just realized that it can't be stored in the account warehouse nor traded. I don't need it on the character I bought it for. Is it possible to get the item moved from one character to another? Considering they are on the same account.

If it's been under 24 hours since you bought the item, you can swap it, get a refund, or have it restored.
Just follow the steps:
Toss the incorrect item and capture a screenshot. This screenshot needs to show:
- your character's nickname,
- the complete abyss ranking list, not just your own placement,
- server time (hover over the tiny moon/sun by the navigation map).
- the chat should display: "You have discarded [the item]". (system chat)
IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!

We also require your character name and a link to the item in our game shop for verification.
