Boss shield is bugged. Even though we deactivate the shield by dealing damage to it, the boss shield did not get removed. SS in the spoiler, If you would like to give one reroll scroll for each of us, we would appreciate it, If you would not, thank you anyway.

Please, provide videos when making such reports. 

Everything seemed fine until suddenly, I had to provide more than just a screenshot. Why is a video required in such simple cases? It's not a huge deal, but I decided to share this because we intended to go for 2K but accidentally aimed for 1K, which led to this situation, leaving us a tad unlucky. So, I hoped maybe you'd lend a hand to me and fellow players, but it's alright, thanks for understanding :), I almost thought your comment was hinting at us doing something fishy if it weren't for the trustworthiness. Anyway, why would I just stand idle in the snapshot with my skills ready for action, which makes it clear I hadn't been dealing damage for quite a while, rather than hitting the boss and finishing the instance, right?

Speaking of trust, ever since joining the Aion Riftshade beta, I'm impressed by their integrated features like the DPS Meter and strict anti-cheat tools. The server atmosphere there is excellent with a committed team in the Discord and actions that speak volumes, making sure no tricks fly under the radar. Can't recommend Aion Riftshade enough for those seeking a stable, fair playing field. Launch can't come soon enough!
