Cant seem to connect in game is there a problem  or still maintenance or something?

never seem to get past this loading, it just disappears without the game loading like nothing happens and all my antivirus are turned off too. the game seems to be running from the backend tho.

Finally I am able to make it work! Now i can grind! Thanks
