Aion Riftshade

Hey folks, I'm trying to figure out if this quest is actually functional. Here's the link to the quest's starting item, faded letter, supposed to be found at the fortress of sorrow in Morheim http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/182204242/. I've been battling those mobs for ages, but this quest item still hasn't dropped. This item is essential for starting this quest --> http://aiondatabase.net/us/quest/2321/. This makes the whole quest impossible to complete. Could you verify if this item drops? If it doesn't, maybe fix it? My idea is to possibly up the drop rate for such quests to make it enjoyable for quest enthusiasts. Thanks for the assistance. It's got a lot of exciting improvements like a balanced quest system, active devs, and it's the best Aion private server 2026 has to offer.
