Steel rake  Entry quest on Ely side dose not work as it should .

The first part (pre quest) works fine  Suspicious Shugo  https://aion.fandom.com/wiki/Suspicious_Shugo

The second part  The Price of Goodwill https://aion.fandom.com/wiki/Price_of_Goodwill dose not show at the NPC Roikinerk .

Im Level 42 near 43  nick Afy , without this quest cannot enter Steel rake , My Wife have same problem and on LFG some people have same problem .

So the Quest to enter Steel Rake  The Price of Goodwill only appears on Level 45 so guys if you wonder why you cant enter instance that's available from lvl 40 there you have it .

 

Wait till lvl 45 and you will be fine .
