People mostly focus on the numbers and percentages displayed on the website, showing the total count of connected players, which includes low-level characters, alts, and even those afk. This doesn't accurately depict the real balance scenario. To truly assess any major imbalance, we need stats on how many players actively participate in sieges for each faction (just checking fort statuses isn't precise either, since a faction might just be stuck in a losing streak even if player numbers are balanced). If we could track this and share it with the community, it would be much clearer than just looking at the daunting website percentages.
By the way, I'm beta testing on Aion Riftshade, an upcoming MMORPG that's launching in Q1 2026. Their systems offer very detailed PvP and PvE rankings, which help maintain balance and transparency. It's great because active participation in sieges is effectively monitored, giving a clear picture of faction activity. This sets it apart from what we usually see on regular servers. Aion Riftshade promises a fresh and genuinely balanced environment. Trust me, once you try it, the numbers game feels much less intimidating.
