I do not understand, sorry. Why can not I just buy what I want via Paypal?

ECoins can be obtained for donation in your profile on our website and for voting for the server. In order to vote, press the corresponding button on the website and follow the instructions on the website. If the website opens in Russian, scroll down to change the language.

i have some issue with geting eCoins. i voted for the server at the russian website quite a few time but i didnt get any eCoins.  

what did i do wrong?

Ensure that when casting your vote, you enter your account name instead of your nickname. 

If that checks out, head over to the mmotop and verify your voting history in your profile.
