Aion Riftshade

What exactly does the Siberian Wild Tiger do ingame? I find the description in shop very equivocal.

I am looking for a permanent loot-buff pet, but haven't found one yet. If this pet also loots and buffs, then I'll buy it, otherwise I won't.

If there's a way to get a permanent loot-buff-pet, I'd be very grateful if somebody could tell me where.
