no u cant,
u need ceramium & ap for pvp gear and u only get it from instances like steel wall bastion / Upper Abyss Instances also u have to do siege for gp if u wanna
buy 2* AP gear

I recommend you to study the information about the updates of Aion version 4.5 - 4.6 on the Game Forge forum.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve maximum equipment by playing only PvP in this version.
