Started Armorsmithing on my main, looks like a lot of grinding (both resource gathering and crafting. Does it worth the time or you get better gear from Dungeons/ elsewhere.
What about other crafting professions ?
Crafting armors and weapons proves valuable, yet the cost is high considering it's not the ultimate gear. Thus, sinking resources into crafting them might not be wise.
However, mastering armorsmithing has perks beyond just armor creation. One advantage is being able to convert fragmented ceramium into ceramium medals, offering a superior exchange rate compared to the quests at camps in katalam and danaria.
Moreover, one can craft damage godstones (405 dmg with a 10% activation rate).
Regarding other trades:
Weaponsmithing – Mythical weapons fall into the same category as mythical armor, though this skill allows you to craft materials for extendable weapons, offering an alternative to acquiring DLR extendables.
Tailoring – Mythical armor also parallels armorsmithing, providing the ability to craft ceramium medals and damage godstones (4050 dmg with a 1% proc rate).
Handicraft – Similar to weaponsmithing in terms of weaponry, though it's unclear if these can contribute to extendable weapon materials. Yet, it can craft ceramium medals from mithril medals, power shards, and fabled idioms. Myth jewelry could be top-tier in some instances.
Alchemy – Essential for consumable production like scrolls and potions. It allows transformation of lower tier manastones into composite bundles and higher-tier versions. There's also the capability to make fine bracing water for a 50k damage-absorbing shield lasting 20s.
Cooking – Handy for crafting food, drinks, and DP jelly, and it crafts adaptive idium crystals used in other crafts.
