Your Client have so many supported languages...why not a section for each of them here in Forum? not anyone is speaking english or russian

We don't have enough resources to maintain sections in every language along with posting information in all these languages.
English is kind of the universal language.
+ we make sure to reply to every post, regardless of the language, by using Google Translate.
If necessary, sections for every language in-game can be set up, but official announcements might not be shared in them.
