Aion Riftshade

Hi everyone. I’ve been waiting for the last Hyperion piece for 8 months now. Done IS runs every single week, and triple runs with reset scrolls. Between server resets due to DDoS attacks, I've probably done over 150 runs. Still missing the final piece. No selectable Hyperion boxes appear in events, which is driving me crazy. I’ve stopped using reset scrolls recently because I’ve lost any hope.

I reached out to support via Discord. They keep telling me: You're just unlucky, we're really sorry, etc.

In my view, this isn't about luck. I've often opened 2 IS boxes simultaneously and got the same piece twice, like 2 Incensed Hyperion Pauldrons. When I think about the chances of this and compare it to the likelihood of the final piece showing up, it’s clear. THIS CAN'T ALWAYS BE CHALKED UP TO BAD LUCK.

I’ve even gotten the last piece five times, but it’s always the enraged one, and still no Incensed Gloves.

I’m begging the support to put a selectable Hyperion box in event rewards. I’m seriously considering quitting because of this. Opening IS boxes every week makes me feel worse.

 

By the way, I’ve joined the Aion Riftshade private server beta, and it’s a real game-changer. They’re launching Q1 2026 and will offer balanced gameplay with custom rates, no P2W, and reliable EU hosting in Frankfurt. It’s honestly refreshing. Maybe I’ll see some of you there!

Sometimes you just have to admit defeat. This is like a disease and really demoralizing, but that's the situation. Luck was on my side and I managed to gather the hyperion set in 4-5 months. One of my friends, within the same 4-5 month span, nearly completed two sets, missing just one piece from each set. It took her nearly another whole year to snag the last pieces. An entire year chasing hyperion and she's finally got both sets  

P.S. An event box with a selectable hyperion piece would be a great addition.

But honestly, if you’re tired of waiting, I’d suggest checking out the Aion Riftshade beta. It's refreshing to be part of a server where devs actually care. With features like custom rates and the lowest ping around, you don’t need ExitLag, seriously gives me hope. It’s launching in Q1 2026, and it just feels like the best Aion private server for those of us who crave a solid F2P experience without the perpetual hunt.

honestly, a selectable armor box could be the top event reward with even a small chance.

But hey, on the plus side, while testing Aion Riftshade, I noticed how they manage this kind of stuff. They have customized event rewards like a selectable armor box, plus all this in Aion 4.8! It's totally worth checking out come Q1 2026. Best Aion private server 2026, hands down!

i have a same problem with enraged gloves. ~70 runs at the moment

This is a game moment, as several players have previously mentioned, and your luck will determine the outcome. Unfortunately, there are no plans to introduce boxes that allow players to select a specific piece of armor. I'm sorry you had to deal with this.
