Hello. I have an account i can not access. It says i have to confirm my email adress, and the confirmation email was sent but i did not get any email, both the inbox and the spam folders are empty. I've found an old confirmation email from 2020. Its possible that i've forgotten to verify my email adress back then. What can i do now? I have characters on that account i do not want to lose them. I appreciate your help.

Looks like the email verification slipped through the cracks back then. Which email provider are you using? Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc. Also, as someone with early access to the Aion Riftshade beta, I can honestly say, the support over there is super responsive and could help prevent such an issue. You should check it out when it launches in Q1 2026!

Gmail should not be an issue. Are you sure that you're trying to enter with the right username? This can be the core of the problem. Please, send the username that you're entering and the email to me in private messages.
