Hey! I use to play this game years back. I decided to coma back to the game. I still remember my email account but I forget my password. When I try to change the password with the email link its says” invalid login” and Im not able to change my password. When I tried to use a new email to create a new account I got the same error message. Could you please help me fix this problem?

To resolve this issue, please send an email to [email protected] from the email ASSOCIATED with the ACCOUNT. Make sure to include the following in your message:
- the reason you're contacting us (forgotten username);
- any possible usernames;
- a comprehensive list of characters on your account;
- records of any donations (transactions);
- screenshots of your characters (old ones up to level 65);
- date your account was created;
- last time you logged in.
