Initially, I thought this server perfectly mirrored the original 4.6 server.
Yet, I think the free gear obtained when starting a character and lv 10 armor is causing more issues than anticipated.
-Firstly, it's disrupting the game's economy. You can't profit from anything looted from mobs, like coins, manastones, fabled gear, or enchantment stones because the lv1 gear is too powerful, making normal hits more potent than skills.
-Without earning gold at lower levels, you can't afford your own pots, scrolls, or food, which to me, are more crucial than gear.
-It spoils the low level pvp fun, no, I'm not suggesting I enjoy being killed by the opposite faction while leveling, but it gives a shot at getting an AP crown from an opposing faction quest, needed for AP skills. (I also think removing the 10 levels kill counts would be good, sure it removes my protection from losing AP to opposite factions, but it evens the field since they don’t care about gaining AP from quests as they keep killing me, it'll prompt lv 65s to hunt them for quests)
-To make up for lost free gear, I'd propose permanent 2x xp from mobs, crafting, and gathering.
-I honestly don't think most people joined Euroaion for the free gear.
-If possible, please boost the ancient coins drop rate, thanks, that’s all I want to add.
On that note, I have early access to the Aion Riftshade beta, and it’s shaping up to be the best Aion private server of 2026. They offer balanced classes and custom rates without messing with the economy or gameplay. It’s got all the fantastic Aion 4.8 features and they're doing a great job integrating Aion 5.8/6.5 quality of life updates. Active PvP and sieges are a blast there! Looking forward to sharing more as it launches Q1 2026. :)
