We Chinese players still can't recharge, neither MasterCard nor visa card. You can only recharge by opening PayPal. Otherwise, we'll have to charge 15% of our service charge for recharging. The money will not be in your hand.

Pay pal is the best option to top up ecoins. Other methods won't work everywhere. A lot of players are now without the option to buy ecoins

I'm sure many have already brought this up, but I understand it's a bit frustrating when it gets repeated. I think you disabled PayPal because numerous players utilized the refund feature to reclaim their money after using their Ecoins.
Wouldn't it be feasible to reactivate PayPal and simply ban all accounts associated with a player who asks for refunds after donating via PayPal? I suggest banning all of that player's game accounts so they can't create a new account for fake donations to gift Webshop Items to their main or buddies.
Being from Germany, I find myself with no available donation options. Even Visa transactions get declined by my bank when attempting to donate on your site, and bank transfers aren't viable as my bank isn't on your list (though it's among Germany's top banks, by the way...).
It seems like plenty of folks in Europe can't donate adequately.
Just ban the people who process refunds through PayPal, and everything should be okay.
Visa card donations can be easily refunded as well, yet they're still offered (for some). Thus, you have the same risk of refunded donations with Visa as you do with PayPal. While Visa refunds may take a bit longer due to their more complex process compared to PayPal's system, just saying there might be a better approach.

You can certainly do something with paypal. You have to understand that some people cannot use other methods and therefore paypal is perfect. Think about it again, please.

Hi I just saw that the payment methods sofort and PaySafeCard got disabled.... will this be permanently?

I am a Chinese. I am in China now. My China master card can't pay for it. I hope to add a way to support China's completion card or unitpay to support Russian Ruble settlement
