What are the skins in the shop example: (Durable NPC gun specially designed for PVP)
can be extracted infinitely like basic weapons in the game or not just once?

For most items from the shop, you can reuse the appearance. If the appearance can only be used once, then the item will have a separate line with this information.
Can you please tell me which skin you are interested in?

You can reuse the appearance for this item.
For example, if you used the Pistol Skin for Blood Mark Pistol, you can remodel BM to AP with BM appearance (Durable NPC gun specially designed for PVP).

Unfortunately, it is possible to use the appearance for the Tiamat pistol only once. You can check the things you are interested in using the aioncodex site.
