Hello!
I noticed i didn't received any coins from few days. Probably started on May, i'm voting everyday but didn't received any coins from this time. What should i do?

Hello,
Please, make sure that you're entering your username when voting and not your nickname.
If this is alright, go to your profile on mmotop and check if the votes were counted there. If there are no votes on mmotop, they cannot be credited in our system.
Note that on mmotop you can vote only once a day, from one IP, for one account and for 1 server. If you try to vote for different accounts or servers from one IP in one day, the vote will not be registered.

Your username is different from what you've been voting for the last days.
We will account the missing coins, however you need to re-check how you wrote your username before clicking on vote.

Hello.
I'm joining to this topic, because i have the same problem. I vote almost every day and when i checked my account there wasn't any ecoins added.
Probably problem is in something that i do, but i don't see any differences in my username that i vote.
Please help me to locate the problem.
