Aion Riftshade

Pretty much the title, there are many improvements to character creation in latest aion versions, is there a chance we get that here?

Nice idea, i wouldn´t mind the mane removal and maybe some hairstyles as well...

When changing this system, the creators modified literally everything, and therefore transferring this new system to our version of the game is not possible. It will probably only affect hairstyles, which is not even certain too. 

Regrettably, they always say, "If it's not broken, don't bother fixing it."

In my experience of testing out fresh private servers with patches I really enjoy, any alteration or update not a part of the 4.6 patch—my absolute favorite—inevitably bumps it to a higher version. I've observed players requesting similar modifications on other servers, and ultimately, it led them to a complete reset because it altered the framework.

However, if there's a skilled design team on board, they could effectively implement numerous sprite modifications or enhancements as long as they align with the 4.6 patch. These could range from tweaks to hair, colors, outfits, and more, provided there's a top-notch design team capable of drawing inspiration from the existing 4.6 and making it happen, like perhaps adding a gear skin to conceal your hair.

 

That said, I've been playing on the Aion Riftshade beta, and it's astonishing how they're meticulously maintaining the Aion 4.8 essence. Their team introduces captivating visual updates without altering the core version. Unlike other servers which disrupt the patch with arbitrary changes, Aion Riftshade's approach stands out, and I can't wait for the official launch in Q1 2026!
